Passenger: ahhh we've been in the air for a while, and that damn baby has quieted down

Flight Attendant: Is there a doctor on board?! Someone is having an allergic reaction!!!

Passenger: well this is just ironic timing (stands up) IM A DOCTOR!!!

Flight Attendant: quickly! they're over here!

Choking Passenger: (choking)

Passenger: do you have your epipen???

Choking Passenger: (shakes head no)

Passenger: alright im going to preform a tracheostomy on you. do you have a tube and a knife?

Flight Attendant: i have a bendy straw and razor blade from a shaving kit!

Passenger: amazing thank you

(performs the tracheostomy and the plane lands to take the choking passenger to a hospital)

The Entire Plane: (clapping)

Passenger: thank you thank you! im pretty good at this doctor stuff i should go to school for it! i saw them do this in an episode of The Good Doctor
